Orders, Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.
For Europe, delivery generally takes 2–6 business days.
Any delays caused by the carrier are outside the Company’s direct control.
Which shipping partners do you use?
For shipments and returns we use structured and reliable logistics services, including international logistics partners.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
If necessary, you may exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the product.
What happens if a product is unavailable?
If a product is temporarily or permanently unavailable, you will be notified by email.
In the case of permanent unavailability, the amount will not be charged or will be refunded according to the applicable timelines.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the main electronic payment methods, including:

Are payments secure?
Yes. All transactions are protected through SSL encryption and advanced security systems.
Payment data is never stored on our servers.
When is the payment charged?
The charge is made only after payment verification and authorization by the issuing bank.
Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason.
How can I request a return?
To start a return procedure, contact Customer Service indicating:
- order number
- email used for the purchase
You will receive all operational instructions.
In what condition must returned products be?
Products must be:
- unused
- unwashed
- undamaged
- with original tags
- complete with original packaging and accessories
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and verification of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Can I exchange a product for another one?
No. The right of withdrawal only provides for return and refund.
A new order can be placed separately.
Products and Availability
Are the products original?
Yes. All products sold on Fuix are original and sourced from official channels or authorized distributors.
Are images and descriptions always accurate?
Images and descriptions are for illustrative and informational purposes.
Some content may be assisted by artificial intelligence systems and, in limited cases, may contain inaccuracies.
The product actually received shall always prevail.
Account and User Profile
Is it mandatory to create an account to purchase?
No. Purchases can also be made without registration.
Creating an account allows you to:
