Shipping
Shipping cost: shipping is free on orders within Italy and Europe, unless specific exceptions are shown during checkout.
Order processing: orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time: transit generally takes 2-5 business days, depending on destination and assigned carrier.
Tracking: once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information, when available for the shipping service used.
Returns
Return window: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Product condition: products must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and in original packaging when available.
Voluntary return cost: for voluntary returns, the return cost is €6.90 and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Incorrect, defective or non-conforming item: if you receive an incorrect, defective or non-conforming item, the return is free of charge and handled by us.
How to request a return: contact Customer Service with your order number, the item concerned and the reason for your request.
Refund: refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and checking the returned product, using the original payment method whenever possible.
